CelGel DNA ready ladders

Ready-to-load DNA size marker for gel electrophoresis
Cat no. CM13 Category Features ,

Highlights

  • Clear DNA bands for improved resolution
  • Ready to load format (tracking dyes)
  • Optimized size ranges for easy fragment size identification

Description

The CelGel DNA ready ladders contains multiple unique fragments specifically selected for the routine analysis of double stranded DNA over a wide range of sizes.  Each molecular weight standard is a combination of PCR products and proprietary plasmids digested with specific restriction enzymes.  The inclusion of suitable tracking dyes allows monitoring DNA size separation during electrophoresis, while selected bands have increased intensity to serve as easy identifiable reference points.
